The Palestinian Health Ministry has declared a significant increase in the number of casualties, with the death toll in Gaza and the West Bank rising to 10,165 and approximately 27,000 injuries since the outbreak of confrontations on October 7.
According to the Palestinian news agency WAFA, Israeli warplanes have continued their intensive airstrikes and bombardments, targeting homes and various buildings across different areas of the Gaza Strip. These airstrikes have resulted in the deaths and injuries of dozens of Palestinians, including children and women.
WAFA reported that at least five people, including a woman, were killed, and others were injured as Israeli aircraft targeted a house belonging to the Hamaydeh family in the Shabura Camp in Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip. Medical sources also reported that a civilian was killed and others were injured in an Israeli bombing of a residential building in northern Gaza.
The news agency highlighted that the bombings, carried out by aircraft and artillery, were concentrated around the Al-Quds Hospital in the Tal Al-Hawa area, in the Beach Camp, Al-Maghazi, Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, Beit Hanoun, and other areas in northern Beit Lahia and across the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths and injuries of numerous citizens.
Furthermore, the official agency stated that a mosque in the Al-Bureij Camp in the central Gaza Strip was targeted by warplanes.
