This came during a meeting conducted by Han with a member of the Libyan Presidential Council, Musa Al-Koni, on the sidelines of the African-Korean summit held in the capital, Seoul.
The two sides discussed ways to develop prospects for cooperation between Libya and South Korea economically and in the field of capacity building.
Details of the meeting were broadcast by the Libyan Al-Wasat TV.

The United Nations mission in Libya (UNSMIL) has reached an agreement with key actors in the Libyan arena to draft and develop a code of conduct to regulate cooperation and interaction between security and military institutions.
Stephanie Khouri, Acting Head of UNSMIL and Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General, chaired all the workshop sessions.
They discussed the proposed draft of the code of conduct, which aims to establish clear rules for cooperation among the various parties to ensure the security and stability of the state.
Khouri expressed optimism that this agreement would open new avenues for dialogue and cooperation, stating that “good governance requires well-organized and effective security institutions to support the rule of law and achieve the well-being of citizens.”
