Mostafa Madbouly, Egypt’s Prime Minister, departed from Cairo International Airport today, heading to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for an official visit.
During this visit, he will lead the Egyptian delegation in the 31st session of the Egyptian-Jordanian Joint Higher Committee, scheduled to be held tomorrow in the Jordanian capital, Amman.
Accompanying the Prime Minister during the visit is a high-level official delegation, including Mohamed Shaker, Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy, Tarek El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Health and Population, Hala El Said, Minister of Planning and Economic Development, Rania Al-Mashat, Minister of International Cooperation, Kamel El-Wazir, Minister of Transportation, Ahmed Samir, Minister of Trade and Industry, and Hassan Shawky, Minister of Labor.
The visit is part of both countries commitment to regular meetings of the Joint Higher Committee between Egypt and Jordan, with the prime ministers leading the sessions as an effective mechanism to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two brotherly nations.
Tomorrow, it is expected that a number of documents and memoranda of understanding will be signed in various fields, including health, vocational training, planning, media, insurance, and social affairs.
