The death toll in the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza, which began on October 7th last year, has risen to 26,083 martyrs, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.
In a statement released today, the Ministry of Health reported that the death toll from the Israeli aggression, now in its 112th day, has reached 26,083 martyrs, with 64,487 injuries.
The ministry also highlighted that the Israeli occupation committed 19 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours, resulting in the loss of 183 lives and 377 injuries.
According to the statement, some of the victims are still trapped under the rubble and in the streets, as the occupation prevents ambulance and civil defense teams from reaching them.
The situation remains dire in Gaza as the conflict persists.
The humanitarian impact on Gaza’s nearly 2.3 million inhabitants has been profound. The Israeli blockade, restricting the movement of goods and people, alongside repeated military actions, has severely affected daily life.
This blockade has disrupted access to essential resources, including raw materials and electricity, placing immense strain on the economic and social fabric of Palestinian society.
