The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza has announced on Monday that the death toll from Israeli airstrikes and ground operations in the Gaza Strip has risen to 26,637, including over 7,100 women and more than 10,400 children, since the beginning of military operations in Gaza on October 7th.
The Palestinian health authorities have confirmed the deaths of at least 215 people in the past twenty-four hours alone.
Furthermore, the ministry has reported that around 65,387 individuals have been injured since the outbreak of the conflict.
They emphasize that some victims are still trapped under the rubble and on the streets, with “the occupiers preventing the arrival of ambulance and civil defense teams.”
According to the Ministry of Health in Ramallah, the number of missing and trapped individuals under the debris exceeds 8,000.
The ministry stated that the number of casualties in the West Bank has reached 352 deaths, including 86 children, with over 4,000 wounded.
On another note, the Palestinian news agency “Wafa” reported today, Monday, that 25 Palestinians were killed in an Israeli army airstrike targeting a house in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in the eastern part of Gaza City.
They explained that the victims fell when Israeli army aircraft bombed the Hamada family’s house in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in the eastern part of Gaza City, northern Gaza Strip.
There has been intensive Israeli army aircraft activity over the northern, central, and southern parts of the Gaza Strip.
