A Palestinian individual was reportedly killed today, during an incursion by Israeli forces in the village of Kafr Dan, located west of Jenin, according to the Palestinian news agency “WAFA”, citing the Ministry of Health.
Local sources indicated that Israeli forces stormed the town of Kafr Dan, raiding multiple homes. This prompted confrontations between the village residents and the Israeli forces, who opened fire. The forces utilized live bullets, rubber bullets, and tear gas during the altercations.
Separately, in the city of Nablus, Israeli forces fired two missiles at a house. They also used loudspeakers to call on a young man inside to surrender and come out of the besieged home. Intense clashes erupted in parts of Nablus, as significant military reinforcements were deployed by the Israeli forces to carry out an ongoing military operation.
The Palestinian Red Crescent mentioned that ambulances rushed to the house surrounded by the Israeli army to check for potential injuries. A 65-year-old woman was reportedly evacuated from the besieged home due to a hand injury.
According to the Palestinian newspaper “Al-Quds”, Israeli forces began to withdraw after arresting two citizens, identified as Shadi and Khaled Tabeila. It was noted that the latter had been previously pursued by the Israeli forces.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that four individuals suffered injuries due to the inhalation of tear gas, and they were taken to Rafidia Government Hospital in Nablus.
