On Sunday, The Ukrainian army announced that it has reclaimed an additional 1.5 square kilometers of land around the recently liberated village of Robotyne in the south, previously held by the Russian forces.
Ukrainian media quoted Oleksandr Stupun, the military spokesperson responsible for the frontlines, stating, “The Russians are holding on to every meter of our Ukrainian land. However, the Ukrainian armed forces are making it as difficult as possible for the Russian army to receive supplies, and this is yielding results in some areas.”
Meanwhile, reports indicate that the Russian army in eastern Ukraine continues its attacks. The Ukrainian spokesperson mentioned that Ukrainian soldiers near Mariinka in the Donetsk region successfully repelled around 15 hostile attack attempts.
Ukrainian authorities also reported that the Russians made a failed advance near the village of Pisky in the Kharkiv region.
The Ukrainian General Staff stated that over 30 battles occurred in the past 24 hours.
